Nordic style

Gli interventi che hanno interessato questo grazioso bilocale sono la realizzazione di due soppalchi indipendenti e l'arredamento di tutto l'appartamento. Il pavimento era già esistente e ben conservato. Vista la generosa altezza dell’appartamento si è pensato di sfruttarla il più possibile ricavando spazi per armadiature, ripostigli e una zona relax da dedicare all’ascolto della musica.<br/>Sono stati realizzati due soppalchi entrambe raggiungibili con scale in ferro verniciate di bianco: una a vista nella zona giorno, dove nella parte sottostante è stata ricavata una mini lavanderia, l’altra, nascosta dietro l’anta in fondo al corridoio che permettere di raggiungere la parte superiore del disimpegno occupata da armadi profondi 60 cm.<br/>Il colore predominante è il bianco con note ed elementi in legno di rovere naturale, un colore blu per due porzioni di pareti nel soggiorno e complementi dal carattere nordico.<br/><br/>The interventions that affected this lovely two-room flat were the construction of two independent mezzanines and the furnishing of the entire flat. The floor was already existing and well preserved. In view of the flat's generous height, it was decided to exploit it as much as possible by obtaining space for cupboards, closets and a relaxation area for listening to music.<br/>Two mezzanines have been created, both accessible by means of white-painted iron stairs: one in view in the living area, where a mini-laundry room has been created underneath, and the other, hidden behind the door at the end of the corridor, which allows access to the upper part of the hallway occupied by 60 cm deep wardrobes.<br/>The predominant colour is white with hints and elements in natural oak, a blue colour for two portions of the walls in the living room and accessories with a Nordic character.
